This realtor has a terrible reputation in the area for a reason amongst other real estate professionals (inspectors and realtors). Makes the real estate transaction laws on the go as if isn't written clearly in the contracts by the state of Colorado. Agrees to inspection repair items that are later retracted illegally. She places her seller into frivolous lawsuits they won't win by basic real estate contract law. Stay away if you want to stay out of court. Extremely nasty attitude and charges full listing price. This realtor makes up her own rules for how real estate transactions work. Doesn't honor agreed upon terms and misleads her own clients into lawsuits they wont win. She seems to pretend and wishes she worked as a real estate regulator imagining new terms during the transaction that arnt supported by the actual sales contract wording.

Barb and her team was professional from start to finish with a few hiccups that was associated solely with the buyers agent. The overall experience with how they represented our home and our family was top-notch. I would definitely consider going through them again and highly recommend them.
