Vaddicus
Extremely unprofessional and accusatory demeanor. Received this email 2 months after owning the home and paying the utilities twice.
Additionally, made the home-buying process very difficult and rushed through any disclosures. Did not reply for multiple days and always replied very unprofessionally. Said she would not sell the house to us at first because she didn't like our realtor. Do not buy a home with Barb Schlinker.

I turned to Barb seeking advice while considering a listing agent for a long held Colorado Springs property. She proved to be an exceptional individual. A superb listener, well tuned to the local market, experienced and wise, willing to put my needs ahead of hers and willing to tell me precisely what I needed to know. Barb proved easy to trust and will be my first call when a next transaction is needed.

Barb Schlinker was professional, personable, and got the job completed quickly. She held an open house the Saturday after we went on the market. Her advertising of my property attracted many to the open house and I had a contract that evening. Barb was available with every question or issue. She fights for her clients. Barb is outstanding with what she does.
