Spent nearly 4 months on a house I gave a full price offer on in limbo Poor communication, rude to my agent for pressing the issue of why the home was listed without a CLEAR AND FREE TITLE, how it is even legal for her to list a home without it actually being owned by the seller is beyond me I had to finally pay the hoa fines that HER client refused to pay to get this deal pushed through, she offered to send a check but after the second week of “it’s in the mail” and my loan would have had to been extended a 3rd time on a property I gave a full price offer on I went ahead and paid off the hoa violations and fine Unprofessional is the very definition of Barbara and how she runs her outfit and if you see a home listed by her RUN

If you enjoy an agent who is pleasant to work with and responsive while trying to sell your home or to buy a home from, I would recommend looking elsewhere. Her and her team may have decades of experience and do a decent volume of sales per year, but I think somewhere along the way she lost her customer service touch. Now queue the negative response and lack of personal accountability from Barb!
